We aim to dispatch your order within 3 to 5 working days from receipt. However, during busy periods or if we are awaiting fresh stock, delivery may take slightly longer. Please also allow additional time when posting your order due to recent changes in Royal Mail's home and business collection services.

If you require a next working day delivery service, please call our order line on 0345 174 0199 to arrange. To mainland England, Wales, Glasgow (G) & Edinburgh (EH) postcodes only. Please call before 12.30pm Mon–Thurs.

OVERSEAS
At present, we only deliver to mainland GB. We are unable to process orders for delivery to Northern Ireland or outside the UK.

Channel Islands: Due to increased shipping costs, a minimum order value of £40 (not including donations) is required to qualify for £5.99 standard postage to GY and JE postcodes. For orders under £40 a delivery charge of £19.99 will be applied.
