Our small Apostle Cake is well spiced and beautifully finished with soft sweet marzipan. Conventionally eleven, or occasionally twelve, marzipan orbs are used to decorate the cake to support the legend that they represent Christ’s apostles. Also known as a Pound Cake, each weighs 430g and has a diameter of 4’’ (10.2cms). Contains wheat.
