Whenever you wish to return to the Home page, simply click the word "Home" wherever you see it. You do NOT have to "Log-In or Register" in order to browse The Owl Barn website.
To find a particular item or types of items from our catalogue, type in a word that describes the sort of gift you are looking for; or the name of the item as used in the printed catalogue; or The Owl Barn reference number; or the page number of your catalogue (e.g."Page 2") into the search box at the top right of most screens on our website - and we will try to find you what you're looking for.
To make a purchase from the on-line catalogue, you firstly need to "Log-In or Register" using the link in the yellow bar at the top of most screens.
Whether or not you have received a printed catalogue from us or are an existing postal customer, if you have NOT shopped via our website before, please REGISTER as a new "On-Line Customer". To begin shopping, simply navigate the website from the Home page and add the items you would like added to your shopping basket by clicking the "trolley" sign next to each image on the website. You will be shown a shopping basket page which lists all of your purchases so far together with an Order value total which includes the separately itemised post & packing charge as detailed on the Shopping Basket page. If you have second thoughts about any item you have selected, you can delete it by clicking the "Remove" buttons on the screen. Once you're satisfied that your order is complete, move on to the Checkout using the button provided, where you will be asked for payment details.

For the convenience of customers who have a printed catalogue to hand and know what they want to purchase without looking through the Website, we have devised the "Quick Catalogue Shop". To use this facility, click the "Quick Catalogue Shop" link in the yellow bar at the top of most pages. Then, simply enter the Catalogue Reference Code & Quantity for each item that you would like to purchase. (Please use your TAB button to move through this order form: if you use the RETURN key, you will be taken to the Shopping Basket page.) You can DELETE items you do not want to purchase by clicking the "Clear" button next to it. When you have completed the Quck Shopping form, click the "Add To Basket" button at the bottom of the page you will then be taken to the Shopping Basket page to review all your purchases.

(whether Sent, delayed because we are Awaiting Stock, or asking you to Contact Us because of a problem )

We have created the Owl Barn "Wish List" for those who like to take their time shopping, or want to identify items they may want to purchase in the future. To add an item to your Wish List, simply click the "Add To Wish List" link under each item and it will do so. Whenever you want to review your Wish List, click on the "My Wish List" link in the yellow bar at the top of most pages, and you will be taken to a screen which shows you a list of the products you have selected.
If you want to REMOVE any items from the Wish List, click on the word "Remove" If you wish to PURCHASE any or all of the items on your Wish List, select these and click the "Add To Shopping Basket" button.
